Here is my Four Hour Body Food Gallery for the Slow Carb Diet food I ate in the first 28 days.
The Four Hour Body Slow Carb Diet, as prepared by me, is not the most attractive of food. I tried to include legumes + protein + greens in each of the meals. breakfast omeletes were pretty easy, with spinach + eggs + beans.
I found chilli-con-carne with double the amount of beans, ground organic beef and lots of chilli, garlic and some tomatoes.
On reflection I should have had MORE greens, especially cruciferous vegetables. If I was doing it again I would also have had smaller portion sizes. Although Tim says not to worry about portion size, I believe for me, smaller portions would have lead to faster weight loss.
On cheat days, I would again not go overboard. I took Tim’s advice to literally and ate things I wouldn’t normally dream of eating (such as sponge pudding and custard). There is no need to overeat on cheat day.
